Dvds to Vary Exercise Routine

Check these dvds out for some great ideas on how to vary your workout. You can add this to your current routine or substitute if for some thing you are currently doing. Try doing them 2 to 4 times a week.
For example the Yoga Inferno try 2 times a week.
Tracy Anderson, Barre videos, and HIIT can be done 3 to 4 times a week for maximal benefits.
